Catalog Images Error

Whenever i create a new catalog term and include a jpg in the image field and submit, I get this error:

* warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/topnotchthemes.com/subdomains/6storefull/httpdocs/includes/file.inc on line 781.
* Uploaded file is not a valid image

I've made sure that jpg is in the upload file 'allowed prefixes' and increased the upload size to 5mb. There are no issues or errors with the file system.

Any ideas would be great!

I use to get that error on a previous Ubercart 2.x.dev version. However, with the August 15th version on Drupal.org, my error when trying to upload term images is this...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dpm() in /usr/.../drupal-6.3/sites/all/modules/ubercart 4/uc_catalog/uc_catalog.module on line 283
