Virtuozzo hosting is the solution I am working with that Ubercart.org will eventually be moved into. I would recommend Spry or MediaTemple for Virtuozzo based hosting.
Any experience with http://www.slicehost.com?
The reason I ask, is that there is a need have a plan for another host just in case my present provider goes bottom up for my Ubercart site.
